1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing certifymyskills.in or creating a candidate account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Services
Interskills provides online skill assessments and digital certificates. Passing an assessment does not guarantee employment. Certificates confirm assessment performance for the stated skill domain under the Prior Skill Recognition Certification Program.
3. Candidate accounts
- You must provide accurate registration details, including name, email, and mobile number.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
- Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations.
4. Assessments
- Questions may be randomly selected from a skill question bank.
- Assessments are timed. Incomplete attempts are scored based on submitted answers.
- Passing requires meeting the skill’s configured pass percentage.
- Interskills may update questions, scoring rules, or skill availability at any time.
5. Certificates & verification
Certificates are issued digitally after a successful payment for download. Certificate authenticity can be verified using the certificate ID and QR verification page. Misrepresentation of certificates is prohibited.
6. Fees & payments
- Certificate download currently requires a fee of ₹199, payable through the available payment gateway.
- Fees are charged for certificate issuance/download services and are generally non-refundable once payment is successfully completed, except where required by law or approved by Interskills support.
- Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Razorpay.
7. Affiliate program
- Eligible candidates may share a personal referral link and earn a two-level commission: ₹49 for each qualifying paid certificate purchase attributed to that link (level 1), and ₹19 when a student they referred later makes a qualifying sale (level 2).
- Self-referrals and fraudulent traffic are not eligible for commission.
- Wallet balances below ₹1000 cannot be withdrawn. Minimum payout request amount is ₹1000.
- Payout requests are reviewed by Interskills and paid to the bank account details provided by the candidate.
8. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, manipulate assessments, forge certificates, or interfere with platform operations. Automated abuse and unauthorized commercial use of branding or certificates are prohibited.
9. Intellectual property
Interskills branding, assessment content, templates, and website materials remain the property of Interskills / its licensors. Limited personal use of issued certificates is permitted for professional presentation and verification.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interskills is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including hiring decisions made by third parties based on certificates.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
